Article 441 Dutch Criminal Code

Any person who, with regard to the content or purport of anything picked up by means of a radio receiver under their control or used by them which, as they should reasonably suspect, is not intended for them or not also for them, either communicates it to another person, where they should reasonably suspect that public disclosure of the content or purport will then follow and such disclosure does follow, or publicly discloses it, is liable to detention (hechtenis) not exceeding three months or a fine of the third category.
