Article 83a Dutch Criminal Code

Terrorist purpose means the purpose of seriously intimidating the population or part of the population of a country, or of unlawfully compelling a government or international organisation to do, refrain from doing or tolerate something, or of seriously disrupting or destroying the fundamental political, constitutional, economic or social structures of a country or an international organisation.
