Article 7:904 Dutch Civil Code, Book 7

Paragraph 1

If being bound by a decision of a party or of a third party would, in view of its content or the manner in which it was arrived at, be unacceptable in the given circumstances according to standards of reasonableness and fairness, that decision is voidable.

Paragraph 2

If the decision of a party or a third party is annulled, proves to be void or is not obtained within a reasonable period to be set for that party or third party for that purpose, the court may give a decision, unless it follows from the contract or the nature of the decision that it must be replaced in another way.
