Article 77c Dutch Criminal Code

Paragraph 1

In respect of a young adult who, at the time of committing the criminal offence, has reached the age of eighteen years but not yet the age of twenty-three years, the court may, if it finds grounds for doing so in the personality of the perpetrator or the circumstances in which the offence was committed, give judgment in accordance with Articles 77g to 77hh.

Paragraph 2

Article 77e does not apply.
