Artikel 307 Wetboek van Strafrecht (Sr) – unofficial English translation

Book Two · Title XXI. Causing death or bodily injury through negligence

Paragraph 1

Any person through whose negligence (schuld) the death of another person is caused is liable to a term of imprisonment not exceeding two years or a fine of the fourth category.

Paragraph 2

If the negligence consists of recklessness, he is liable to a term of imprisonment not exceeding four years or a fine of the fourth category.
