Article 189a Dutch Criminal Code

Paragraph 1

Any person who intentionally equips or fits out a means of transport with a compartment that is evidently intended to prevent or impede the investigation of criminal offences is liable to a term of imprisonment not exceeding two years or a fine of the third category.

Paragraph 2

The same penalty applies to any person who has a means of transport in his possession, knowing that this means of transport is equipped or fitted out with a compartment as referred to in paragraph 1.

Paragraph 3

If a person makes a profession or habit of the offence described in paragraph 1, that person is liable to a term of imprisonment not exceeding four years or a fine of the fourth category.
